MY HUSBAND GOT ME DRUNK ON MY WEDDING NIGHT JUST FOR HIS ENTIRE FAMILY TO HAVE A TEST OF ME

Episode 1: The Man I Thought I Knew

I used to believe fairy tales were for little girls. The ones who wore plastic tiaras and dreamed of Prince Charming. I wasn’t one of them. I had seen too much heartbreak, too much pain in my mother’s eyes after my father left us with nothing but tears and unpaid bills.

But all of that changed when I met Michael.

He was everything I never knew I needed—gentle, warm, and dangerously charming. From the moment our eyes met at my cousin's engagement party, he looked at me like I was his world. And slowly, without even realizing it, I let him in.

We dated for eight months. It felt like a dream—endless dinners, thoughtful surprises, and quiet nights where he held me like he never wanted to let go. He made me believe in love again. He made me believe that I was enough.

So when he proposed, I didn’t think twice. He took me to a garden filled with lights, dropped to one knee, and asked me to be his wife. My heart exploded with joy. Finally, it was my turn to be happy.

The wedding day was perfect. A beautiful church, friends and family surrounding us, and a kiss that sealed what I thought was forever. His family welcomed me with smiles and kind words. His mother hugged me tightly. His father gave me a blessing. His siblings clapped with joy.

Everything felt like a blessing. Like a dream.

That night, Michael took me to his family's estate for what he called a "private honeymoon getaway." It was a massive mansion, hidden deep within the hills. Quiet. Isolated. Beautifully strange.

I didn’t think much of it.

We sat by the fireplace, drinking wine. He poured the glass for me—“Just one to celebrate us, my love.” I wasn’t used to alcohol, but I drank it anyway. I wanted to please him. I wanted to feel like his wife.

That was my mistake.

My head began to spin. My body grew weak.

“Michael,” I whispered, “something’s wrong.”

He smiled, brushing my hair back. “Just relax,” he said, his voice soft. “You’re safe.”

But I wasn’t.

Darkness swallowed me.

And when I opened my eyes, I wasn’t the same.
